Departing Kincasslagh Pier, our coastal cruises travel along the rugged coastline and around the secluded islands of Cruit, Uaigh, Inis Fraoigh and Gabhla. Our cruises are very educational for school outings and when combined with a spot of fishing, are an ideal way to celebrate stag or hen parties, birthdays, holy communions and confirmations.

Our East and West Cruises last between 1.5 and 2 hours and include a guided talk ensuring that customers are kept well informed as we pass local attractions. Binoculars are available for a closer look at the marine wildlife and the magnificent scenery. Sightseeing can also be combined with a spot of fishing if desired. In 2006 dolphins and basking sharks visited our shores, which are already home to wildlife such as birds and seal colonies. On early morning cruises the local lobster fishermen can be seen working their lobster pots.
Donegal has one of the most amazing coastlines in the world with spectacular scenery, cliffs and rock formations and many small islands. Every rock, hill, inlet and headland on the Donegal coast has a name, generally an Irish name that usually describes the appearance of these places or the history or myth behind them.
Cruising on board MV Caitlín Marie is an ideal way to experience all of the above in comfort and safety while breathing the fresh sea air of the Atlantic Ocean.
Our boat can also be hired for cruises to other locations such as Bloody Foreland, Arranmore, Tory, the Stag Rocks or wherever required.
