Sea Fishing from Kincasslagh offers an excellent opportunity for the sea angler with various types of sea bed accessible just a short distance from the harbour.

The sandy bays offer an opportunity for flatfish such as Dab and Ray with the occasional catch of Plaice or Turbot while the rocky reefs and offshore peaks and troughs provide top quality Pollock, Coalie, Cod and Ling.

On a full day charter it's not uncommon to catch over 10 varieties of fish with Wrasse, Gurnards, Dogfish, Whiting and Bluemouth among other fish species available.

Shorter taster trips may appeal to novice anglers and families with kids looking to catch their very first fish, while experienced anglers may prefer a half or full day on the water in search of a variety of fish species. 

Full boat Private Charters are available for groups or those preferring exclusive use of the boat with skipper. Group sizes are permitted up to 12 though a maximum of 8 fishing at one time is recommended to keep tangles to a minimum.

Shared Charters are available for Individuals or small groups that don't have enough people or may not wish to hire the whole boat, in which case they can share the boat with others. If booking online, select the Individual ticket option to join a charter with others. To achieve the best possible fishing experience, shared charters are restricted to 7 persons for inshore and 6 persons for offshore fishing

Rod Hire is available on board and can be selected at checkout if booking online and don't worry if you haven't fished before as we can show you how to use the fishing equipment.
